Artom's principals have extensive experience as the General Contractor for new development and renovation projects — equipping Artom with a well-defined construction strategy platform featuring hands-on involvement during construction that ensures communities are built to last.

In 1984, Stuart founded real estate company Bomasada to acquire, redevelop and manage properties. He expanded into developing new multifamily projects, growing to complete over $1 billion in transactions in renovated and new multifamily projects. Bomasada is now winding down.

Now Stuart brings his 40 plus years of experience as a self performing developer in markets all over the south to Artom. Artom works with top tier design professionals to create high quality multifamily developments to meet today's residential needs.

Tom Abood

Tom Abood

President

Tom has had a long career as an executive in financial services and real estate development. Tom began his career as an attorney at Skadden Arps in 1988. From 1994–2014, he served in various roles at Dougherty Financial Group, responsible for its investment management and real estate development businesses.

Tom served as investor, Director, and CEO (2019–2022) of EVO Transportation & Energy Services, a $300 million specialty transportation company with 1400 power units and 1700 employees. Tom serves on the boards of NELSON, a national architecture and design firm, and SBH Funds, a family of publicly traded mutual funds.

At Artom Tom is responsible for site evaluation and acquisition, project finance, investor relations and construction oversight.
